COP vision and mission supported by three pillars:  enrollment, research reputation and practice skills.

Our strategic plan is designed as an integrated structure that supports the long-term success of the School of Pharmacy.

  • The Vision serves as the roof, articulating the future we aspire to achieve in pharmacy education, research, and professional practice.

  • The Mission forms the foundation, grounding our work in our commitment to student success, advancing the profession of pharmacy, and serving our communities.

  • Three Strategic Pillars provide the core support, translating our mission into focused areas of priority and action.

  • Four Strategic Domains span across the pillars—Customer, Internal Operations, Learning and Growth, and Financial Stability—to ensure balance, accountability, and sustainable excellence.

Together, the vision, mission, pillars, and domains create a cohesive framework that guides decision-making, supports accreditation standards, and advances our role as a leader in pharmacy education.
